How an inquiry becomes an order

We deliberately run no web shop: almost all of our products need a short technical conversation so that the right part is made. After your inquiry we settle the details and you receive a quote by email; you confirm your acceptance by email as well. Delivery is by cash on delivery or after prepayment — cash payment is possible on collection. For custom builds and one-offs, a deposit of 50% of the purchase price is required, with a receipt of course. Spare and wear parts that need no consultation — such as parts for limited-slip differentials — can be ordered directly. All prices are plus statutory VAT and shipping; you receive an invoice with VAT shown. International shipping is available — ask us about crating and paperwork for your country.
