What we do
What is made here.
Seven service areas, one workshop: drawing, turning, gear cutting, hardening, grinding and setting up stay in-house — from one-offs to small series.
Porsche gearbox repair and rebuild to factory spec, 356 to G50. Every gearbox runs on our test bench before it ships — photo documentation included.
Limited-slip differential for Porsche 901, 904, 906, 911, 915 — 25–75 % lock. Newly made on the ZF principle, as reproduction or overhauled.
Drive shafts and stub axles to drawing or sample: machined from solid, heat-treated, with any spline profile. Uprated versions available.
Gears and gear parts to drawing — internal and external up to 500 mm and module 8, on our own machines. One-off to small batch.
Homologated gear pairs for the 901, 904, 906 and 908 including the Nürburgring ratio, plus the 8:35 final drive for the 915 — much from stock.
Prototypes and first sample parts for industry: from drawing or sample to finished part — turned, gear-cut and measured in house.
Parts no longer available we make new — from a sample, even a broken original. From stub axle to complete final drive.
At the centre is the Porsche gearbox rebuild: the gearbox is fully stripped, every part inspected and measured, the final drive set to factory specification with original tooling — and every rebuilt gearbox runs on the test bench before it leaves. Whether you call it a repair, an overhaul or a rebuild: you get a binding quote after stripping, photo documentation of the work and all replaced old parts back.
What the manufacturer no longer supplies is made new here — clutch-type limited-slip differentials on the ZF principle, final drives and homologated gear pairs, drive shafts and stub axles and reproductions from sample or drawing. Much of it is finished and in stock: the parts catalogue shows 43 newly made parts for the 904, 906, 901, 356 and 915.

Inquiry
Gearbox type and a few lines about your request — that is all we need for a first assessment. A photo helps but is not required. The answer comes from the machinist, not from sales.
Reply usually within 24 hours — from the managing director himself, no ticket system, no call centre. We call back on request.
