TIG Welding

Steel, stainless and aluminium — clean, low-distortion and still machinable afterwards

TIG is the welding process for parts that get machined afterwards: clean, low-distortion, controllable. We weld steel, stainless and aluminium — as one operation within the part's production.

What we do

TIG welding of steel, stainless steel and aluminium — embedded in production: weld, straighten with low stress, finish-machine. Plus laser-cut parts as the starting point.

What it gives you

  • Machinable
TIG seams can be turned, milled and ground — important when the part needs fitting dimensions afterwards.
  • Low distortion
decisive for aluminium housings and thin-walled parts.
  • One order instead of three
laser blank, welded assembly and machining from one supplier.

Typical problems this solves

  • Cracked brackets or housing sections on classic cars
  • A welded assembly that needs precise fitting dimensions afterwards
  • A small series of brackets including laser cutting

What is on your bench?

Gearbox type and a few lines about your request — that is all we need for a first assessment. A photo helps but is not required. The answer comes from the machinist, not from sales.
