What we do
External teeth, straight and helical, up to 500 mm diameter (hobbing, workpieces up to 400 kg), internal teeth up to 500 mm on the Lorenz SJ 7, splined shafts up to 800 mm length, sprockets up to 500 mm. Special profiles are cut with tooling procured specifically for the job.

we are not limited to the standard tool cabinet — missing profiles are procured as special tooling.

- A gear with an unusual module or profile is unobtainable
- The turning shop can turn the part, but nobody will cut the teeth
